Wisconsin State Journal and Dee Hall report that Joseph Sommers and ADA Paul Humphrey are both disciplined for misconduct.  This article is indicative of the extents the media and Supreme Court will go to to discredit Sommers and his claims of court corruption.

However, the MacIver reporting does a major disservice to the public. They neatly edited their coverage to keep from the public what the detective testified to immediately following their clip. The detective discredited his own excuse. For those interested, here is a synopsis of his testimony.

Why is the MacIver Institute willing to reduce a story about terrifying corruption and the public safety being endangered to a petty, partisan point? This speaks volumes to what is wrong with the Wisconsin political scene. When will the MacIver Institute and others really care about what really matters?

The police have conceded that they were aware that at the time of the Zimmermann murder, Fowler lived in the downtown campus area and crime had increased as a direct result of his moving into the neighborhood.

This video is a highlight compilation of Joseph Sommers’ oral argument before the Supreme Court.  The Office of Lawyer Regulation had trumped up a single charge, and from that charged derived two more charges.  These charges led to the eventual ruling of the Wisconsin Supreme Court on March 30, 2012 that essentially cripples Joe Sommers in the legal profession.
