Darell Fowler and Ashton Davis are two protected members of the criminal clique known as Lic Squad/MAD. There is powerful evidence that the Dane County District Attorney’s Office and Madison law enforcement are currently protecting these violent criminals.
The police have conceded that they were aware that at the time of the Zimmermann murder, Fowler lived in the downtown campus area and crime had increased as a direct result of his moving into the neighborhood.
